PROFILE
She began kickboxing at the age of 21 after having her son. Martial arts had always interested her and in order to shed some extra pounds, she heard that kickboxing would be a good cardio workout and stress reliever. She tried a class at Peterec's Karate/Kickboxing center in Victoria B.C. and automatically signed up for a full year membership. She started taking two classes per week when she had babysitters. Those nights became my special nights out as she was a stay at home mom. After going through belt tests and doing well at tournaments, she got the competitive edge and wanted to try her luck in the ring. She have realized that her true love for the sport is her passion to compete at the highest level possible. She will do her very best to continue this journey to be a great and well rounded World Champion.
