Lee McConnell is the UK's number one 400m runner. A former high jumper, Lee moved across to the 400m in 2001 and since then has grown in strength, speed and technical ability, counting Commonwealth Games Silver and European Championships Bronze medals among her achievements. As a 400m sprinter Lee's training regime balances speed with and element of endurance.
