Leilani Munter was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, to a Hawaiian mother and German father. Growing up, this natural beauty kept active by horseback riding, skateboarding and playing football. She was not into dolls.
Leilani attended the University of California in San Diego and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her school years she worked as a model, and started to race on the amateur SCCA race circuit.
Upon graduation, Leilani made the transition to Hollywood, where she landed jobs as a stand-in for Catherine Zeta-Jones in Traffic and America's Sweethearts, and as Kelly Hu's stunt double in the film The Scorpion King. On her days off, this Minnesota sensation would go to the track to polish her driving skills. She also volunteered as a crew member for a NASCAR Southwest Tour team, and would wake up at 4 a.m. to hit the track while her friends were mingling in bars with the Hollywood elite.
Today, Munter lives in North Carolina and is absorbed in the world of NASCAR. She races cars, works as a crew member, has studied the physics of race cars with the industry's finest, and even works as a correspondent for NASCAR.com. Leilani Mnter has been named "America's Sexiest Race Car Driver" by Men's Journal magazine as well as "The Hottest Woman in NASCAR" by FHM. This woman has no plans to slow down and is committed to the track.
